1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and utilizing PageSlice, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not accept these conditions, you are prohibited from utilizing PageSlice utilities.

2. Scope of Service

PageSlice provides client-side document utilities (PDF page extraction, organizing, merging, deletion, and file formatting conversions) at **zero cost**. The application runs inside user browser sessions. There is no active server backend that monitors, logs, or saves your uploads.

3. Commercial and Personal Use

You are granted a non-exclusive, free, and unrestricted license to use PageSlice for both personal and commercial operations. You are not charged subscription fees, billing cycles, or file volume rates.

4. Limitation of Liability

PAGESLICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE DEVELOPERS AND AUTHORS SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, DATA LOSS, OR FILE CORRUPTION ARISING FROM THE USE OF CLIENT-SIDE EXECUTABLE UTILITIES.

Because all document conversions happen locally in your web browser tab's RAM, please ensure you maintain copies of your original source files.

5. Governing Law

Any legal claims, disputes, or actions related to PageSlice services shall be governed under the local jurisdiction of the developer control room in India, without regard to conflicts of law provisions.
