ORBITAL PAGE INTERCEPT ENGINE
Privacy Policy
Effective Date: July 3, 2026. This policy governs how PageSlice processes user documents, cookies, and local execution telemetry.
1. Zero Upload Guarantee
PageSlice operates on a strict local-first protocol. Your documents (PDF, DOCX, PPTX, and image files) are never uploaded to any remote server or cloud location. All processes (conversion, encryption, compilation, page rearrangement, page splitting, and merging) run completely on your own hardware inside your browser's execution engine.
2. Browser Sandbox Security
Our application loads libraries (PDF-Lib, JSZip, PDF.js) and executes processing logic entirely within the local sandbox environment. The documents are read as raw local array buffers using Javascript HTML5 File APIs. When the browser tab is closed, the processing buffer is cleared from active device RAM, leaving no digital footprint.
3. Cookies, Analytics & Advertising
PageSlice uses Google Analytics (tracking ID: G-DH76STZGMM) to collect anonymized, aggregated traffic data such as page views, session duration, and geographic region. This helps us understand how the tool is used and improve the service. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies to distinguish unique users and session activity. No personally identifiable information is collected, and IP addresses are anonymized.
We also display advertisements via Google AdSense. AdSense uses cookies and web beacons to serve relevant ads, measure ad performance, and prevent fraud. These cookies enable features such as frequency capping and aggregated ad reporting.
4. Third-Party Integrations
PageSlice serves dependencies (such as pdf.js and JSZip libraries) using secure global Content Delivery Networks (CDNs) like cdnjs. Our servers only serve the website's static HTML/CSS files; they do not receive, check, or look at your files.
Third-party services integrated on this site include:
- Google Analytics — website traffic measurement
- Google AdSense — contextual advertising
- Google Fonts — typography rendering
- Cloudflare CDN (cdnjs) — JavaScript library delivery
5. Google AdSense & Cookie Usage
Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on PageSlice. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. Alternatively, you can opt out of third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising at aboutads.info.
6. Your Consent
By using PageSlice, you consent to the data practices described in this policy. If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, you will be prompted to provide explicit consent via a cookie consent banner before cookies are set. You may withdraw your consent at any time by clearing your browser cookies.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
